5 Makeup Products I Can’t Live Without

There are a few things that I can’t live without. Some things being my cell phone, my planner, a collection of various band tees, and strawberries…ESPECIALLY STRAWBERRIES. Over the last year or so, I have really figured out a few makeup products that I always seem to gravitate towards and repurchase. Here’s a little insight on a few of my ride or die makeup products.

1.  It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream

For someone who doesn’t put makeup on every day and is looking for a very natural base, this is the product for you! This full coverage foundation has the ability to look so incredibly natural and dewy, yet protect your skin from the sun (it has SPF 50). I typically do not wear this to its full coverage capacity, as I’m someone who looks for a very light coverage for everyday wear, but it definitely is do-able! I have to also mention that this is the most perfect foundation for the summertime! With my combination skin, I tend to become oily rather quickly but this foundation lasts for quite some time. I’ve been using this for months now and I really do not know what I was doing before.

2. Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder

Everyone seems to be talking about this product and I can understand why. I am one who really hates setting powders since they can sometimes have the tendency to look rather heavy or cakey. When it comes to this powder, that is definitely not the case. The Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder really does live up to its name. It gives the most beautiful airbrush look to your skin and makes your pores look traceless. I focus this product under my eyes and on my t-zone to give a beautiful matte finish. It’s perfect for setting your face and for touch-ups on the go!

3. Benefit Hoola Cream-to-Powder Quickie Contour Stick

The Hoola Bronzer by Benefit is a cult favorite and for me, the stick formula is definitely a favorite as well. This creamy, easy to blend contour stick is perfect to get that sculpted cheekbone you’ve always wanted. With the most perfect, soft bronze matte shade that Hoola is known for, you will totally have that bronzed Goddess vibe going on. And…DID I MENTION THAT IT IS A DREAM TO BLEND OUT?! It’s a must in your makeup drawer.

4. Cover FX Illuminating Setting Spray

After trying out tons of setting sprays that left my face, honestly, just plain wet, I finally found one that does it all. This setting spray is my saving grace. First of all, THE MIST ON THIS THING… OMG. This setting spray has the finest mist that drys so quickly…it’s amazing! It feels as if it just melts into your skin and actually sets your makeup. What I love most about this is that it doesn’t take long to set either. Your face doesn’t feel wet for a couple of minutes. It literally dries the second it hits your skin. Not to mention, your makeup lasts so long and looks so dewy (in a good way, aka you don’t look like an oil slick). I AM IN LOVE.

5. Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette

If you are more of a warm toned person when it comes to eye shadow looks, this is the palette for you. The Modern Renaissance palette is filled with neutral and berry tones that can be used to transform your day look to night. This palette is amazing because it could be used for a more natural look, perhaps concentrating on more of the neutral tones, and then taken to another level with the berry tones. You could do WHATEVER your heart desires and I’m sure you will have a stunning look. The shadows are super pigmented and blend out very well. A personal favorite shade of mine is “Love Letter”, which is a stunning matte raspberry color. This palette is so easy to use and I really cannot live without it.
